Hong Kong-listed Nine Dragons Paper has started to build the second phase of its plant in Chongqing. The company will invest Rmb2bn by 2012 constructing a top-grade coated white board production line with an annual output of 500,000 tons. Currently, Chongqing has to buy this type of board from other provinces in the region such as Shaanxi, Gansu, Guizhou and Yunnan.
