China Eastern Airlines, the country’s third-largest carrier, recorded a 31.5 per cent increase in its cargo and mail throughput in November 2010 to 124,900 tons. Over the first 11 months of the year, throughput increased 57 per cent to 1.33m tons.

Passenger volumes rose 40.3 per cent in November to 5.06m.
