PetroChina, China's largest oil producer, will build a refinery in Chongqing municipality with a daily output capacity of 200,800 barrels, according to the company’s vice president Liu Hongbin. It will take about five years to complete and the company will also build a 300,000-tonne oil reserve depot in Chongqing.
