The Airport Road in Chongqing, which runs from the East Ring Interchange to the Airport Interchange, is being widened from a two-way, four-lane road into a two-way, eight-lane road. Widening work designed to relieve congestion on the 13.8km-long road will be completed on 1 July, according to a local government website.
