Express delivery enterprises of a designated size and above in China earned combined revenues of Rmb6.18bn in March this year, 31.7 per cent more than in the same month in 2010, according to statistics released by the State Post Bureau.
In the first quarter of this year, the express delivery industry realised Rmb15.66bn in revenues, up 26.2 per cent year-on-year. The total was boosted by booming E-commerce activities, according to China Knowledge.
Revenues grew 25 per cent year-on-year in east China, 32.1 per cent in central China and 30.3 per cent in west China.
