Chongqing’s Banan district plans to develop west China’s largest road logistics facility so as to cement the municipality’s status as a regional logistics hub, Xinhua reported.

The Rmb 30bn Chongqing Road Logistics Base is will be connected to the Chongqing-Hunan and Chongqing-Guizhou expressways as well as to railway and aviation logistics facilities.

Once completed, the base will offer multimodal, warehousing, transportation, exhibition, trade and value-added processing services.
