Air China Cargo has begun a service between Dallas/Fort Worth in the US and Shanghai, reported Aircargo News. The air cargo unit of Air China will operate the service three times a week via Anchorage in Canada for fuelling and service.

The 747-400F, which can carry 100 tonnes of freight, will carry mostly mobile phones, flat-screen televisions, scientific instruments, manufacturing machinery and oil-and-gas well equipment.
