Air cargo services have begun between Shanghai and the US Midwestern state of Missouri. The first Boeing 777 on the route landed at St. Louis Lambert International Airport on 23 September.
The service is operated by Shanghai-based China Cargo Airlines, China’s first all-cargo airline. It plans to run weekly flights between Shanghai and St. Louis, with officials seeking to boost the frequency to three shipments a week before the US holiday season. | |
